That's exactly what happened - I replied to those messages in the proper
areas, but BlueDog's Sysop added some message areas and caused most of
the messages in that particular REP upload to go in the wrong areas.

Well, I have it available for download from my BBS (Programmer's Mark)

I see no reason why this file can't be available on BBSes - ANSI isn't
going to lose any money on this - anyone who has a serious need of this
spec (a compiler author or somesuch) probably won't have much of a
problem paying for the printed specs. :)
