You can say that again. The utility has a building which is commonly and
fondly referred to as "The Bunker". It houses the utility administration
and the head of government of the province. Needless to say The Bunker
gets priority over everyone else. If you Yanks ever decide to invade
please reprogram a silo with The Bunker's co-ordinates.
