   A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away, a coded message from Peter 
Knapper to Don Guy was intercepted...
 PK> If your OS/2 system has LPT1 assigned to a local printer, then LPT1
 PK> is not able to be re-assigned to a network resource.
The port exists, but there isn't anything connected to it.
Where I'm getting stopped is at the redirection tab in the spooler 
properties. The network printer doesn't show up there. :-/
