   Most of the black folks getting shot are getting shot by ther black folks. 
 
The most likely victim of a black criminal is someone else who happens to be 
black.  Cops live and die on perception, not fact, and most of them will go 
out of their way NOT to shoot.  
   Assuming that a shooting is race motivated flies in the fact of much on 
which this nation was founded.  You have previously decried the notion that 
someone must be guilty because - but here you pick a small segment of society 
and presume its guilt without any evidence whatever.
   Inconsistent much?
