I really don't know what to put in this message except come right out and 
ask..
My nephew (4 years old) has been diagnosed ADHD.  He's on Ritolin (sp?) and 
is what my sister-in-law consideres the "PERFECT" child when he's on it...and 
when it wears off he's like "child from hell" (her words).
She asks me to watch him, but when I do I watch him in the evening time when 
his meds are just wearing off.  He constantly beats on me and throws 
everything he can at me so he doesn't have to go to bed or go to the bathroom 
or brush his teeth or sit down or anything.
I'm trying to figure out a way to deal with him being the way he is whien the 
meds wear off and still keep my sanity.
