in Echomail that is open, it only serves to keep your msgs invisible. the
best place for specific person-to-person comms is Netmail not Echomail.

Echomail already goes 'all over the place'. this is not a Sysop-only Echo so
Private flagged traffic cannot be read by anyone other than a Sysop. what's
the point?
