I have seen where the rabbi will give them wine.  The poor little kid is
drunk before he is cut.  From experience, I have held or assisted in a
lot of circs when I worked L&D, and I never saw a kid not cry.  I ahve
seen them even pass out.  I believe the owner should have claim over the
property.  If he wants it off when he is legal age, fine.  Hard to put
it back on if the owner should want it back when he comes of legal age.
