It's pretty much true with any PC OS where the disk isn't encrypted. If you
have physical access you can just plug the drive into another system where
you have programmed the computer to read the standard file format and
ignore security and presto anything is accessible. (think ntfs driver for
linux or an ext2 driver for NT or a Mac driver for NT or whatever)
