Yes, if he is worth the same amount of money. With my experience they usually 
aren't. (G)

I love this bird to death. When we got him he had been abused in someone 
elses home for so long that he was very skiddish of people. But with time and 
patience (plus alot of antibiotic cream and band-aides) he is now able to be 
handled to a point. He is still a little skiddish of people petting him 
anywhere except right on top of his head, but he now plays and talks.
(as long as he thinks no one is around)
How do I rate them? Well, with a hand fed babie and the right owner they 
would be great pets and companions.
