I was just thinking, if msinm.exe _is_ standalone, the executable might 
just be copyable from somewhere. (I have two copies - both dated 
2008-4-14, but 69 KB [60,416 bytes] - in C:\WINDOWS\system32\dllcache, 
and C:\Program Files\Outlook Express. Version 6.0.2900.5512.)
