I use it too in OS/2 DOS session. I got the communication speed drop 
from 19200 ( in fact i have a 14400 USR Sporter ) to 2400 ( 1200 had 
appended ). Even i save the setup speed on disk, it's happend average 
once each 8-10 use. And when it droop, I see the speed in the 
communication menu at 2400 ( or 1200 ). The option to detect speed at 
login didn't help.
My system use a HPFS partition. I even suspect that the way that 
TM.cfg is read fron disk could corrupt data ??? Any comment ?
