KR> both the bc++4.0, and the bc++4.5 manuals show stricmp() as being KR> defined in the ansi c standard, and the ansi c++ proposal. So who's going to be the one to spring the bad news on Borland? I was about to say that it can't be me because I don't own either of those compilers, but I looked up my BCOS2 1.5 manuals, and it too claims it as being ANSI C. It is wrong.
