my kids were 10, 8 and 7, and i didn't want them to grow up smokers.

thats something that you can't preach with a ciggie in your hand. i also

wanted to be able to breath first thing in the morning, it wasn't as

hard to give up as i have heard others claim, but i'd say that it was

probably a year before the desire (rather than craving) for a cigarette

went away completely.
