If I understand it right, you apply for certain jobs in that typ of place, 
and if they have no openings, well, you get no offers.  If they have 
openings, you will never be called if you made 93.6 and there was but one 
opening and several made 95 or better.

I see different.  I note the folks age 18-20 seem abysmally ignorant but not 
very racially biased.
