No, it isn't.
"Print Screen" is PrtScrn
"Log to Printer" is Ctrl-PrtScrn
"System Request" is Alt-PrtScrn
I used it for hotkeys under DOS as the keyboard driver generates INT15 fkt
xx when pressed/released.
The OS/2 keyboard driver seems to totally ignore that key kombination
[DosDevIOCtl(,4,0x75,)].
