Hi, All!

I want Z7. I think now it's a hot time to drop geographical
principle and to establish zone 7 where anybody willing to
move forward could join to. I see at least one undoubted
benefit. New regions and new RCs can make it possible the
Policy referenda to succeed.

And I declare hard-edged war to everybody who argue this idea !
