know where to best post this message.
A friend has a problem with Packard Bell's FaxWorks 3.0.  I can't help him. 
Can you? This is his message to me:
After I send a fax, it goes into "reschedule", and from there is supposed to 
transfer to "concluded faxes."  The problem is, the fax goes through OK, but 
the system then doesn't transfer to "concluded".   Each time I close down 
FaxWorks and bring it up again, it will send the message again.  If it 
transferred to "concluded", it wouldn't do this.  So, I have to cancel the 
message and then have no record of it. How do I correct this mess?
