Thanks Craig, I really appreciate the quick response!  I got the heads back 
on over the weekend and am getting some more pieces that I need to complete 
the project this week.  I spent a lot of time cleaning and retapping before I 
installed the heads.  I don't want to do it again.  Next I have to rebuild 
the carb, see if  I can find some water pipes that are attached to the head 
and get some gaskets for the exhaust.  Not too much left to do, just takes 
time.  (Little that I have)
