I could understand that even.. I mean if someone used advertising to make
$$$.. But over here, there is no "test".. just if you want to run
servers, you have to get a business line, and pay business rates.. really
crummy.

Yeah, know what you mean.. before they forced this business line on us we
just had four good old res. lines for the BBS and for voice (telephone)..
oh well
