I'm sending you a new version, which is actually the same as
an old version, the difference is that this time I will pause
1/10 second before sending an ENQ, in the hope that you get it.

I think what is happening is that you are sending a TSYNC at
the same time as you are receiving my ENQ, and your modem or
your com port or your operating system or your serial port
driver is losing the character.

Remember you said that you thought the 1/10 second delay I
put in to fix the Spirit bug was what fixed your problems
with uploading?  Well I think we might have the same
situation here.  

Also, could you try using the "Aftercall" keyword, to see 
what happens on your system?  Just go:

Aftercall 28 ATS0=0|

and you should see an "OK" in your log.
