  Two products that I know of come with such controls.  Prominaire
  Designer has a spreadsheet control, and JBA Guidelines has a grid
  control.

  JBA Guidelines will require you to use Guidelines to create your
  application in order to use its grid control; Prominaire Designer will
  require you to know a fair bit about the PMCX API in order to use its
  spreadsheet control.

  Prominaire's spreadsheet control apparently has the full source
  available (although it is highly recommended to use the "vanilla"
  control, rather than a customised version, to prevent conflicts with
  other people's applications).

  The source for JBA Guidelines' grid control is not publically available
  as far as I know.
