   As you can se above I *know* that *Leonard Cohen* was a Canadian. And the
only non USAian. But Leon Russell falls into the USAian category, no...?

   I was just wondering why half a dozen recently dead North Americans was
worthy of an obituary in this echo. No disrespect!

   Do you want me to list a dozen famous, in the rest of the world, from the
rest of the world, that recently died?

   And yes, you probably know me well enough by now to know that I take offence
to the rather common attitude that the USA *equals* the world...?
