I bet that you have installed "large fonts" in windows. This affect 
all the normal title bars, but does'nt affect the small ones.
On my system, which is configured with small fonts (which is the 
default), the object inspection caption is 9 pixel heigth (upper case) 
and 6 pixel heigth ((lower case). The main caption has the same size, 
but the font is bold.
The object inspector title bar is 15 pixel height. The main title bar 
is 19 pixel height.
I used the "ZoomIn" utility found in Microsoft Visual C/C++ to easily 
find out these values.
