NASA ADMINISTRATOR PREVIEWS FY 2004 BUDGET

     NASA Administrator Sean O'Keefe previews the agency's fiscal year 
(FY) 2004 budget proposal in a press conference at 3 p.m. EST, Monday, 
Feb. 3. The press conference is in the NASA Headquarters' main 
auditorium at 300 E Street SW, Washington. Media registration is in
the west lobby starting at 2 p.m. EST. Budget documents will be 
available at registration and after 2 p.m. EST via links on the 
Internet at: http://www.nasa.gov

The press conference will be carried live on NASA Television. 
Reporters will be able to ask questions during the press conference 
from participating NASA centers. NASA TV is broadcast on GE-2, 
transponder 9C, C- Band, located at 85 degrees West longitude. The 
frequency is 3880.0 MHz. Polarization is vertical and audio is
monaural at 6.8 MHz.

NASA managers will be available for telephone interviews about the FY 
2004 budget request following the press conference and on Tuesday,
