I think it is just that some people are new to this and don't understand
how it all works, David.  Don't worry!
From Carol, Co-Moderator:  Folks:  Watch your quoting.  Learn to edit
your messages so that the line indicating 'On X-date So-and-So wrote:  Blah
blah blah' clearly indicates that who you are quoting actually said that.
