Now that you mention it, no. Then again, I haven't even been receiving
the glossy leaflets detailing the incredibly expensive Delphi courses.

WRT BC++ 4.5, I don't think there has been any updates to it yet.
From memory the updates were to support Win-95 which isn't released
yet, so I wouldn't really expect it yet anyway.
