I'm not sure what you mean by "echolisted".

The QWK handler on the BBS I use has a list of over several
hundred echoes, but a lot of them are no longer in existence.

I think the list was made up "way back when..." and was added to
as new echoes came into this area.

Possibly it doesn't have provision for deletions, or maybe the
sysop just hasn't got around to deleting any.
