Ok, here's the details of the operation.  Below I have listed the before
and after configurations.  After doing the cloning, I remove power from the
original 2 drives and boot from the new drive so as not to mess up the
drive letters.  The XP install on partition 5 boots and I can log on and
all works.  The install on partition 11 boots, but if I try to logon I get
the error message shown below.

After cloning all partitions from the original 2 disks (a 14GB and a 40GB
drive) to a new 120GB disk, the XP installation on drive E: (partition 5)
will boot normally.  When trying to boot the XP installation on drive K:
(partition 11), it goes to the older NT style logon window instead of the
new XP style and when logging on as a valid user, gives an error:

"A problem is preventing Windows from accurately checking the license
for this computer. Error code: 0x80090006"

The only references in the KB to this error are for NT, not XP, and refer
to a bad signature.
