I am glad to be back also.  Sorry I was not able to get back sooner, but 
family and other personal reasons kept me away.
 
In my area, two major municipalities have gone 800.  The Town of Colonie and 
the City of Albany, NY.  It is extremely difficult to follow a conversation 
when monitoring them.  I too am waiting for reports on the new scanner, 
before purchasing same.  Hope it helps.
 
I am sure Bill will do what is correct.  At least he has acknowledged in 
Netmail that it is me.  I was beginning to think I was someone else, that is 
until I looked in the mirror.  I too was convinced it was me.
