However, can we not argue that that is a way of the camel's nose to get
under the tent? If one does not have an individual choice to wear or not
wear a helmet (and my choice is TO wear one) then what about any OTHER
dangerous activities that people might want to partake of? Would not the
state have an equal right to restrict them? How about requiring people not
to climb mountains, or swim or (see the thread title) eat fatty foods?
