I assume that you are talking about the "Street People" thread. I thought 
this thread did somewhat apply due to the multitude of law violations that 
are many times associated with them, but I understand your thoughts. I have a 
list of relatively hot topics that should spark some fairly interesting 
discussion, and they will be on topic. I realize that many of the messages 
are political in nature, but many of them address the root causes of many 
crimes. I certainly appreciate your participation and contribution to this 
echo, and I will try to encourage all to get more on topic.
