Not a moderator answer, but...
APP is definately on topic.
As for DT and Queensryche, I don't know the answer, but in my opinion
DT would be definately on topic while Queensryche is just a maybe.
While both are "progressive metal" DT sounds like a prog band at times
("Metropolis", "Learning to Live", "Under a Glass Moon"), while I
can't think of any Queensryche song that reaches said proggyness.
Which is not to say that Queensryche is not a good band.  I like them
more than DT.  I just don't see that they're in any way an actual
"prog" band.
Just my opinion...  Personally, I wouldn't mind Queensryche discussion
here anyway, but...
