I got some Spam the other day from The Sporting News, telling how great
of a baseball publication they were. I had subscribed to TSN for about
twenty years and had canceled by subscription when the TSN coverage of
baseball got no better than any other sport.
I took the opportunity to fire a salvo at TSN, and quite enjoyed.
For the record, when C. Johnson Spinks published TSN it was the
ultimate baseball periodical, an article about every team every week.
