That might be how old the movie is.  If you mean the real life actress
who played Snow White, I think she was older than that when she passed away
a few years ago.

     Are you excited to see Hercules? I can't wait. That movie looks so
cool and I really think that they did a superb job, as always, with the
animation.

     I am sorry if I didn't make myself clear. I meant how old is the
movie? I think the movie is 60 years old. I think that is why Disney
Collectibles ( a division of Mattel ) is making the Snow White doll to
begin with. Thanks for the info, I never knew that the real life actress
was dead. Now that I think about it, it would make sense.
 
     What are your opinions about the Disney Store? I think it is a
great place to shop. They definitely have unique items that bear the
name of Disney.
 
     Well, if you do reply and don't get an answer right away, don't
panic. I am due to have this baby very soon. As soon as I can, I will
reply.

It is a Disney movie that combines animation with live action.  It is about
a time in America after the Civil War, but it shows former slaves and white
plantation owners, so the story is upsetting to some here.
The movie itself is wonderful and IMHO not demeaning to anyone.
Rumor has it that Disney has filmed a new introduction to it which includes
James Earl Jones explaining the significance of this movie and going into
the history of it.  The rumor says that Song of the South will be rereleased
to theaters soon (1998?) with this introduction in front of it, and after
that it will be sold in the U.S. on video (probably worldwide, too).
