Are you compiling this as a Use16 or a Use32 program?  The second assumes 
oth
the operands AND the address offsets are 32-bit.  If you want 16-bit calls, 
but
32-bit registers, go with the Use16, and let TASM generate the
operand-size-override bytes for you.
