I confirmed with IBM that DevCon 9 has been shipping for two weeks already.
 I have not yet received mine, and they can't figure out why.  Apparently,
they are getting a lot of complaints about non-delivery.  In my case, for
example, they found that there had been an order posted to ship two weeks
ago, and that the order was still sitting in the computer system
unprocessed.

My DevCon subsciption has been a disaster.  I am one of the original OS/2
development subscribers, and my DevCon started with issue 1.  I renewed my
subscription after issue 4 and received issue 5 before the decision was
made to combine the Device Driver Kit with DevCon.  Then I upgraded from
DevCon to DevCon with DDK as of issue 6, which was also supposed to extend
my subscription through issue 9.
