Photos Supplied by sounds like you merely supplied them. A simple
"Photography by: Karen Wattie" says it all. Printed on a business card size
medium is small and tasteful. An alternate is to title each photo with the
small card with your name is small letters under the title

I have had a few of these types of exhibits and this seemed to work well.
