Yep, my system crashed after Dave logged off here on the 21st :( I was busy with my daughter's birthday that day, and missed it, doggone it :( I reset it asap, though :)

Thank you for that, Sean :)

Great recipe, btw :)
This is something stupid I tried the other day, and in replacing some ingredients with my 'normal' pizza ingredients later, it was decent :)
Recipe: Weird Pan Pizza
Ingredients:
Crust: 1 Pilsbury Pizza dough
Equipment: 1 large, round pizza peel lightly oiled with extra virgin olive oil
Toppings: 1 green pepper, sliced
1 red onion, sliced
1 Summer sausage, sliced
Pepperoni slices
Shitake mushroom slices
Shreded mozarella cheese
8 slices Parmesan cheese
Sauce: 32 oz. bottle spaghetti sauce
8oz. can of tomato paste
Italian seasoning (oregano, basil, garlic slices, salt, pepper)
3 heaping tablespoons, minced garlic
======================
Make the sauce:
Combine spaghetti sauce and tomato paste in a large container, stir well to
combine. Add 3 heaping tablespoons of minced garlic. Put some of the
garlic "juice" from the minced garlic jar into the sauce. Add a lot of
parmesan cheese to the tomatoes/paste. Stir in a generous amount of Italian
seasoning and set the sauce aside.
Preheat oven to 350F (Yes, lower than usual :) )
Put it together:
Cover peel with sliced green peppers and red onion slices
Generously sprinkle Italian seasoning over all
Place pepperoni slices over all
Place summer sausage slices over all
Scatter shitake mushrooms over all
Place large provolone slices over all (about 8), overlap the slices slightly
Cover with a lot of shredded mozarella
Lightly sprinkle more Italian seasoning over all
Salt lightly
Add the sauce generously to the pizza, spooning it to the edge.
Spread out Pilsbury pizza dough over sauce/vegetables/cheeses
As you stretch the dough over the top of the sauce and vegetables and pizza, tuck in the outside edges of the dough.
Generously drizzle Extra Virgin Olive Oil over the dough, and spread it with a pastry brush. Sprinkle a generous amount of Italian Seasoning over all of the dough.
Put the wooden pizza peel in the preheated oven, and bake for about an hour and 10 minutes (it is a LOT of pizza (grin).
Now the tricky part... Carefully grasp the pizza peel and flip the peel over

As I mentioned earlier, the first time I made this I used the type of ingredients (bottled pizza sauce, etc.) the 'cook' in this video used ...Later I made another with my pizza doug, pizza sauce, etc.
Take care,
Janis
