I've asked Ray Gwinn twice about it. First last year in december, he told
it would perhaps be released in August'95. When checking in October, he
told me he would try to release the information in SIO v2. Too bad, because
I terrible need a line-usage counter (like Pulse for example), because I'm
always `afraid' of bothering a user on my bbs when I have to do something
on it...
