Greetings.
It would be nice to see a list of players for both sides for the 
tournament. I know its difficult when you are only coordinator of half 
of the total number of players. And some information on the format of 
the event. Who is going to play who? Maximum time before forfeit
Are the players going to be setup according to strength? With the 
strongest player playing board 1? Or will everyone being playing 
everyone simultaneously? 2-games each? 16 games total for one person?

Maybe there should be a deadline for signing up?
Is a withdrawal going to considered a loss for all of the games unplayed 
by that person? or will the alternate take over?

I am not particular really, I really just want to play and feel if the 
above situations arise it would slow down the whole tournament.
