IF it says that, it is certainly wrong. I only have BC++ 3.1,
and it does NOT claim that that function is ANSI. BTW, I have
the ANSI C draft available for FREQ from here, ANSI_C.*, which
is AFAIK identical to the real thing. Are you sure you're not
just misreading the manual? strcmp() is indeed ANSI/ISO.
