The general rule of thumb in most echoes is to ignore people like
the "fast cash" guy above.  If someone insults you personally,
feel free to respond.  But when some jerk insults the general
intelligence of everyone here with one of those "fash cash"
schemes in a message to "all", then the proper course is to let
the moderator do the moderating.  Otherwise, he gets berated
umpteen times and it just wastes bandwidth since he's going to
ignore it anyway.
