does it appear in my RBBS conference list.

I believe my only recent posting in CIVLIB to be one directed toward a 
"gentleman" who put forth an ethnic slur, clearly intended as derogatory 
against those of Hispanic origin.  As I recall, I indicated that both I and 
my wife, who retains her maiden name of Santiago, are both awaiting 
clarification of the term.  Needless to say, no reply was forthcoming.
In any event, I have been rather a prolific message poster for quite a number 
of years, primarily in the MIDI related echos.  I also moderated the 
Fl_Living conference, the Florida State general chatter echo.  It is only by 
virtue of a recent turn of events that my attention has been drawn to this, 
and to related conferences.
Allow me to similarly extend to you the courtesy of inviting you to join the 
recently backboned Child_Abuse_Issues conference, of which I am moderator.
