I'd avoid NSET now, because it won't work under recent Windows.  Check out 
VARSET, which is a work around plus much more.

Which one is that?  I still have a copy of an early PC-Magazine utility 
called APPLY which does this kind of thing, but it's getting less useful 
with LFNs and so on.

The OFM Paradigm page said there was/is a WinGUI version in Europe, but 
it's expensive for not much advance.  TC sounds a better bet.
