Really, I was lead to believe when I contacted supra@sales awhile back that a 
new data pump was needed and it would cost #49.95 to replace. So where can I 
get the software and does it cost? I had flashed my modem, but there was no 
increase in speed and then I contacted supra@sales and was told what I told 
you, new data pump. Go figure eh? :+_)
