 I have a Matrox Wave Runner Studio. It's three
cards - one PCI, one ISA and one daughter that
plugs onto the PCI card.

 I don't recall the minimum requirements, but I
bought it when I ran an AMD K6 200.

 There are hard drive video recorders for
average people, but most require a subscription
to "allow" recording (TIVO).
