I don't know.  I would be surprised if Borland dropped their OS/2 line,
since the cross-platform capability of OWL is one of its primary selling
points.  OWL for OS/2 is at v2.0, which lags the current v2.5 release for
DOS, so it may be that a new BC++ for OS/2 is due soon for that and other
reasons.
