A lot of stuff is broken in the NetWare Requester.  The only real working
version is 2.11, which is what ships with OS/2 Warp Connect, but even that
needs updates in certain cases.  In particular, any use of TLI requires a
further patch on top of the 2.11 requester.  There are some things broken
in NWFS.IFS which have been broken for at least three versions.
