The EZ seat has two sort of kidney-shaped pods that can be moved in and out
along a bar that's perpendicular to the frame of the bike. Each pod swivels
up and down. They are kinda hard and smallish. You can get lambs wool pads
to cover it.
The Dual Action seat has two large pads, about 5x6 inches, that are fixed on
a bar perpendicular to the frame of the bike. Each pad swivels up and down.
The whole seat swivels left-right on the seat post. The pads are covered
with foam or gel foam. They do not adjust left/right as the EZ seat pods do.
The pads are covered with a fabric that looks like it will wear out before
too long, but has an elastic piece around it and can be removed and replaced.
