I think you all have this ill-gotten notion that my opinions on things come
solely from my experiences in trying to find a job. They don't. As I've said,
yes, I hate my job, but who doesn't, and I don't really expect to be making
$10
an hour the rest of my life. But that is inconsequential, when I see people
at
work who are twice my age or even thrice my age, being a janitor, getting
ripped off by their boss, etc.
You might say, "ah, those people just have a bad attitude" or whatever other
feel-good crap you think will make you free, but the fact is that someone
will
always be the janitor, someone will always work the crap jobs so you don't
have
to think about it. A large group of people will *always* be poor, because
that's the way it *must* be. Maybe it won't be me, then again, maybe it will
be.
I'll tell you this, if and when I do make enough money to not be struggling,
I
certainly won't rub it in everyone else's face, telling them how much smarter
and what a harder worker I am. I will be able to see it for what it is.
